I had an excellent experience at this location. The service was outstanding, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I was feeling stressed about some work that needed to be completed, but the kind older gentleman at the front desk immediately put me at ease. He took the time to offer valuable advice and guidance, and the staff working behind the scenes were equally supportive and professional. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was, especially toward my children. Their kindness and patience truly made a difference during a stressful time. I consistently have positive experiences at this location, and this visit was no exception. I sincerely appreciate the exceptional customer service and would highly recommend them to others.

In Wilmington NC in the afternoon for a scheduled Dr appointment in which we didn't make due to almost getting side swiped by a grey/silver mini van on Front Street right after coming off the bridge exit....my drive assist was still on in my car & it made a quick jolt to the right with my steering wheel I assume to prevent the van from crashing into the whole driver left side of my new car....in return my front right tire ran onto the concrete curb that killed it dead flat. The person that came out from the auto assistant company to change my tire instructed me to get a new tire because he said that driving my car over 50 miles was too risky & at the same time I would have to drive extremely slow with what was called the spare dummy tire. He told me that at wasn't far from Blacks Tire & was a straight shot on the right about 2 or 3 miles from where I had the incident. He told me several places that he wouldn't recommend anyone to but Blacks was one of his highly recommended places so since it wasn't far I decided to go there. It was very easy to locate I saw as well. Upon entering there I automatically noticed the cleanliness & the nice appearance of the waiting area. Mr. Gr

I was very pleased with my first experience with Black’s. I brought my car in to get an oil change and my brakes checked due to squealing. They checked out my vehicle and were able to diagnose the problem, and it was a much cheaper fix than I was expecting. Kristian explained what was going on and how to keep an eye on things for the future so I’d know when my brake pads would need to changed. Honest, fair and took the time explain the issue. I will definitely go back.

Fast, honest, prompt service would recommend to anyone needing servicing done for their car. There was one particular thing on my SUV that they do not handle. They found me a reputable mechanic that does work on those kinds of items. I recommend them with full confidence. This location, in particular, the entire chain really, but this location in particular, was excellent.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and was told I shouldn't leave without getting the issue fixed. Christian, one of the mechanics was super helpful and actually gave me a ride to 2 different enterprise locations to rent a car. I wasnt able to get a car, so Christian then took me to my place of residence. 5 days later, I was able to pick up my FIXED car! They also gave me a CNA healthcare employee discount! Carl and the crew at the Carolina Beach location are knowledgeable, helpful, and make you feel like family. Thank you for keeping my family safe 🙏 on the road!
